We all know, it is mainly the quality of the pad that makes the quality of a cycling bib. That's why we only use the best pads on the market, 100% designed and manufactured in Italy by our partner, Dr Pad.
And to ensure your ultimate comfort, we have also added gel injections. But not just any gel, and not in just any way! Thanks to a patented system, a medical gel is injected strategically into the heart of our pad to cover the main points of impact. This unique technique allows us to control the thickness and amount of gel injected. Thus, the added weight is reduced to a minimum, keeping the shorts light, and ensures we keep the highest level of breathability possible, while optimally exploiting the shock absorption properties. Obviously, our gels are non-toxic and 100% resistant, to provide you with long-lasting comfort.
We also use a system of ultra-thin, perforated, extensively stretched and laser cut shoulder straps for supreme comfort.
Each of the thighs has a laser-cut holding band with silicone dots to minimize friction and compression effect as much as possible.
Our Italian fabrics are high quality (certified Oeko-Tex 100) and sewn flat, to avoid irritation on your skin.
